ABOUT VANITY PROJECT
Balls-deep in their search for the last taboo, Laura Luciana and Charles Carrall are the loose-lipped libertines comprising Eora-based podcast Vanity Project. If artists are here to disturb the peace, then podcasters are here to bring peace to the disturbed. For substance series: GREASE, Vanity Project researches lube: what’s the relationship between Vaseline and the Iraq war? When does friction begin slipping? The pair’s playful exegesis explores the stuff that allows us to keep touching.
