Paul Howard and David Matthews return to present a film, a story about the commercial use and abuse of water and a satire of globalisation and popular culture.
Paul Howard and David Matthews were a part of The Lock-Up’s 2009 residency program, visiting from the UK to research and develop their collaborative film project AquaVoltaic. They return four years later to present the film, a story about the commercial use and abuse of water and a satire of globalisation and popular culture.
Paul Howard is an award-winning artist, curator and educator, with over twenty years experience of exhibiting, programming, publishing and involving people in contemporary art at national and international levels. David Matthews is an award-winning writer and broadcaster. Together, their recent collaborative works, which have toured the UK and internationally, include Rush Hour and AquaVoltaic.
