Western Sydney based writer Yumna Kassab will be completing an artist residency at The Lock-Up while working towards the development of a new manuscript.
About Yumna
Yumna Kassab is a writer from Western Sydney. Her first book, The House of Youssef, was listed for The Stella Prize, Victorian Premier’s Literary Prize and the Queensland Literary Prize. Her writing has appeared in the Sydney Review of Books, Kill Your Darlings, Peril Magazine, The Saturday Paper and Meanjin. Australiana is her second book and it will be released by Ultimo Press in 2022.
