Join internationally renowned artist Deborah Kelly as she leads a workshop creating decorative headdresses, masks and costumes which will be added to the artist’s own creations within the exciting collaborative exhibition at The Lock-Up

Participants will be invited back to join Deborah and her collaborators to partake in an ornate choral procession starting at The Lock-Up and concluding at Newcastle City Hall for the Closing Gala Event of the exhibition and the New Annual Festival on Sunday 2 October 2022.
